The TLV702-Q1 series of low dropout (LDO) linear regulators are low quiescent current devices with excellent Line transient and load transient performance. These LDOs are designed for power-sensitive applications. A high-precision bandgap and an error amplifier provide 2% total accuracy. This series of devices has low output noise, very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and low dropout voltage, making it ideal for a variety of battery-powered equipment. All device versions have thermal shutdown and current limit protection for safety. In addition, these devices can remain stable with an effective output capacitance of only 0.1μF. This feature allows the use of cost-effective capacitors with higher bias voltage and temperature derating. These devices can be adjusted to a specific accuracy without generating output load.
